BMC (Thailand) Company Limited provides printing for architectural drawings, presentation drawings, material details, and supporting project documents. We support color and black-and-white printing as well as printing from CAD and other document files.

The service covers large-format drawing printing, scanning, and copying together with drawing folding, set preparation, document categorization, and binding. These services support architects, project owners, consultants, contractors, and installation teams from concept presentation and design through approval, construction, and project handover.
BMC supports Print, Copy, and Scan for A2, A1, and A0 drawings as well as AutoCAD plotting. See the related Print / Copy / Scan A4–A0 Services.
Architectural drawing printing is the production of drawings and documents used to communicate building design, spaces, and project components. Paper size, color, scale, number of sets, folding method, and binding format can be specified according to each project stage.
In addition to printing, documents can be sorted, categorized, folded, and bound so each project party can review the same information and use the document sets more conveniently.
Architectural printing can support multiple document and project-drawing types, including:
Document type, size, and set-preparation format should be selected according to the intended purpose, such as presentations, meetings, approval submissions, quotation preparation, or on-site checking.
Architectural drawings can be printed in color or black and white according to document requirements. Black-and-white printing is suitable for line drawings and general documents, while color is useful for distinguishing areas, materials, systems, symbols, or other important details.
Before production, check whether lines defined by color remain readable if the job will be converted to black and white.
We support printing from CAD and other document files. Send the latest version and clearly specify the paper size, scale, page count, number of sets, and color or black-and-white format.
For PDF files, check page size, orientation, linework, text, and all drawing elements before production. Files from design software should include the information required for correct display.
Original drawings can be scanned for archiving, distribution, or project reference and copied for additional project teams.
Scanned files should follow a consistent naming system that identifies the drawing type, drawing number, Revision, and date to reduce confusion when several parties use the files.
Large drawings can be folded for storage or binding and organized into clear categories such as architecture, structure, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems.
Clear categorization makes documents easier to locate and reduces the risk of using the wrong set or Revision.
Binding formats can be selected according to page count, document size, and usage requirements, including presentation documents, meeting sets, construction drawings, and As-built handover documents.
BMC also provides book-style binding and drawing preparation for project handover. See Document Binding Services.

Drafts, project layouts, presentation graphics, and concept documents for meetings with project owners, consultants, and other stakeholders before detailed design development.
Floor plans, elevations, sections, enlarged details, and material information used for review and coordination among architects, engineers, designers, and project-management teams.
Drawing and document sets prepared in the required quantities, with page sorting, folding, and binding for authority submission, project review, or contractor quotation.
The project representative should confirm that all documents are the latest version and meet the recipient’s requirements before production.
Drawings used for checking and reference on construction sites, with document sets separated by contractor, area, building, floor, or work category where required.
As-built drawings, revision details, and handover documents organized into categories and bound for archiving and future reference by the project owner.
To help our team review the files and plan production according to the requirements, prepare the following information:
If the document set contains several sizes, separate A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0 items clearly and specify the copy quantity for each item.
Confirm that every page is the latest Revision and remove cancelled or obsolete drawings from the production set. Including the Revision in file names and the drawing index helps reduce the risk of printing or using the wrong version.
If the drawings will be used for measurement or dimensional reference, clearly specify the paper size and scale and check the settings before confirming production. Reducing or enlarging a drawing can change its scale from the original.
Review lineweights, text size, symbols, and small details, especially when a file is converted from color to black and white because some elements may have similar grayscale values and become difficult to read.
For large drawing sets, prepare a file list or drawing index to verify page count, drawing order, work categories, and the number of sets before production begins.
Architectural projects often contain many drawings and several revisions. Without clear file naming, categorization, and Revision control, different project parties may receive different document versions.
Systematic drawing preparation helps teams:
Our team can review printing-related details such as file opening, page size, page count, color or black-and-white format, basic display, folding method, set preparation, and binding.
However, the architect, designer, or project representative should review and confirm the accuracy of the content, scale, Revision, design details, and architectural information before production begins.
The printing team’s file review is therefore not an approval or certification of the drawing or project design.

Yes. Color or black-and-white printing can be selected according to file type, paper size, intended use, and the details that need to remain visible. Lines and colors should be reviewed before production is confirmed.
Yes. We support printing from CAD, PDF, and other document files. Files should be reviewed for page size, scale, display, and basic drawing elements before production begins.
Printing can be prepared according to the specified size and scale, but the customer should clearly confirm the paper size, scale setting, and printing conditions, especially for drawings used for measurement or dimensional reference.
Yes. Drawing folding, page sorting, set preparation, categorization, and binding are available for meetings, quotation preparation, approval submission, on-site use, and project handover.
High-volume or urgent jobs can be submitted for evaluation. Production time depends on page count, number of sets, paper size, job format, post-printing services, and the production queue.
Yes. Service areas, timing, and delivery charges depend on the destination, document volume, distance, and job conditions.
Our team can review printing and basic display details, but the architect, designer, or project representative should verify the drawing, scale, Revision, and design details before production.
Send the files together with the project name, drawing type, paper size, scale, page count, number of sets, color or black-and-white format, Revision, folding, set preparation, binding, and required collection date so the BMC team can review the details and evaluate the job.
For multi-size, high-volume, or urgent jobs, send the information in advance so the production queue and document-preparation plan can be reviewed before confirmation.
Send architectural drawing files for advice and printing evaluation.
